Say hello to Guesthouse in Marin, where the Monday Blues are no match for their slow-smoked prime rib dinner special, a 3-course meal that kicks off your week the right way.

It starts off with a lovely green salad and then moves on to the main attraction. The slow-smoked prime rib is tender and juicy; it'll have your taste buds doing a little happy dance. The prime rib is accompanied by lush green beans with a smooth & creamy potato puree, followed by a bordelaise sauce and a side of horseradish.

We brought a bottle of Domaine Curry's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon (props to the dynamic duo of Ayesha & Sydel); it paired like a dream with the rich, savory flavors of the prime rib.

To finish the experience, a triple chocolate brownie awaits, garnished with vanilla ice cream and fudge. The atmosphere is so cozy with a lovely ambiance; it's perfect for a candlelight dinner for two or a much-needed catch-up session with the crew.
